9 School Materials Needed 4 or more pencils 4 or more pens Spiral notebook (2) three ring binders Loose paper for binder Highlighter (at least two colors) Library card Flashdrive (1GB)

10 Classroom RULES RESPECT all people property Be ON TIME and prepared for class! Take care of all PERSONAL NEEDS before class NO FOOD, GUM, CANDY or DRINKS in class Turn in all assignments COMPLETE and on TIME Effort, Effort Effort is a MUST

11 Each student will share a locker to keep P.E. clothes in You must change into your P.E. clothes daily: -Red shorts & gray shirt ( can be purchased @ Student Store ) Be ready to sweat and get in shape!

12 After-School Activities Dances (i.e. Sweethearts & Sadie Hawkins) Sports (basketball, baseball, track) DARE Dance Class Tutoring (Homework Haven) Saturday School

13 Job Well Done! Incentives include: -Perfect Attendance Awards: Field trips to various places; tickets to amusement parks; head of the line passes for a week; and more -Student of the Month, Principal’s Honor Roll, Lamplighters - Head-of-the-Line passes -KSMS at lunch time

14 Acceptable Uniform Policy Khaki bottoms Solid white, red, or black polo-type tops (Short sleeve or long sleeve) Undershirts: solid red, black, or white (MUST be tucked in) Solid white, red, or black sweatshirts

15 Unacceptable Oversized/ baggy clothing logos Tank tops/Spaghetti straps/Halter tops Hats/Beanies/Hoods Facial piercings (eyebrow, lip, nose, etc.) Military style / metal belt buckle
