4. 3 Who can apply? Target Group 1Target Group 2 South African nationals studying or working at one of the partner universities at the time of application Master, PhD & Staff South African nationals registered at a non-partner university or who have obtained a first HE degree in South Africa Master & PhD Important! Applicants who have lived in Europe for more than 12 months over the past 5 years are not eligible to apply

6. 5 What is included in the scholarships? Monthly allowance -Master: 1000 € -PhD: 1500 € -Staff: 2500 € Insurance coverage (health, accident, travel, third party liability) Air ticket (up to 2000 €) Tuition fee (if applicable, > 10 months, up to 3000 €)
