9. 182 Grant Program Background – Technology Advancement Grants Previously housed at CCHE Grants to individuals, public, or private entities for waste diversion and recycling projects emphasizing tires and making use of Colorado Institutions of Higher Education where possible. Approximately $495,000/year with a carry over balance of ~$825,000 Assistance Committee – Same role as HB-1288 No FTE for CDPHE.
