4 December 2013 – Memorandum from Office Engineering Must get Authorization through FHWA first Failure to comply – Federal Aid funds can’t be used

5 Funding sources ATRIP Regular Federal Aid Coordinate with the office of funding source Allow for plenty of time to approve and authorize Don’t forget the relocation plan and estimate
