Definition of Moebius Syndrome/Sequence Minimum criteria: –Congenital, uni- or bilateral non- progressive facial weakness and limited abduction of the eye(s). Additional features may include: –other cranial nerve, motor, orofacial, musculo-skeletal, neurodevelopmental and social problems.
