2. Stick to it! Persevering in task through to completion; remaining focused. Looking for ways to reach your goal when stuck. Not giving up. I will achieve this by focusing on all tasks given and keep striving to be the best.

3. Take your Time! Thinking before acting; remaining calm, thoughtful and deliberative. I will achieve this by not letting my pairs distract me and staying focus without interfering with other people’s learning.

4. Understand Others! Devoting mental energy to another person's thoughts and ideas; Make an effort to perceive another's point of view and emotions I will achieve this by not jumping into conclusions and start thinking about how they feel.

5. Look at it Another Way! Being able to change perspectives, generate alternatives, consider options I will achieve this by thinking out the box and not thinking the same everytime.

6. Know your knowing! Being aware of your own thoughts, strategies, feelings and actions and their effects on others. I will achieve this by thinking about what I am going to do before I take action.

7. Check it again! Always doing your best. Setting high standards. Checking and finding ways to improve constantly. I will achieve this if I keep focusing on my studies and not letting the people around me distract me.

8. Use what you Learn! Accessing prior knowledge; transferring knowledge beyond the situation in which it was learned. I will achieve this by paying attention in class and passing on what I know to the people around me and that need help.

9. How do you know? Having a questioning attitude; knowing what data are needed and developing questioning strategies to produce those data. Finding problems to solve I will achieve this by continuing to question myself.

10. Be clear! Striving for accurate communication in both written and oral form; avoiding over generalizations, distortions, deletions and exaggerations. I will achieve this by thinking about what I say before I say it. And taking time to think about what I say before I explain to somebody else.

11. Use your natural pathways! Pay attention to the world around you Gather data through all the senses. taste, touch, smell, hearing and sight I will achieve this by thinking about what senses to use when thinking in the outside world.

12. Try a different way! Generating new and novel ideas, fluency, originality I will achieve this by getting use to using different strategies.

13. Have fun figuring it out! Finding the world awesome, mysterious and being intrigued with phenomena and beauty. Being passionate. I will achieve this by always having a positive attitude when learning new things.

14. Venture out! Be adventuresome; living on the edge of one's competence. Try new things constantly. I will achieve this by breaking out of any shyness I may have and be outgoing

15. Laugh a little! Finding the whimsical, incongruous and unexpected. Being able to laugh at oneself. I will achieve this by not taking everything too seriously and just relaxing!

16. Working together! Being able to work in and learn from others in reciprocal situations. Team work. I will achieve this by not being so independent and getting use to working with others.

17. Learn from experiences! Having humility and pride when admitting we don’t know; resisting complacency. I will achieve this by being outgoing and making every experience educational.
