3. What’s happening…… Advocating and promoting action on health literacy Supporting implementation of Standard 2 (consumer engagement) Working with the Department of Education (LINC Tasmania) 26TEN to promote participation in adult literacy programs.

4. What’s happening...... A Communication and Health Literacy Workplace Toolkit Workshops- “Developing resources for the public”. Developing an e-learning resource.

5. What’s happening …… Work with the University of Tasmania to integrate communication and health literacy training into undergraduate courses. Research- Working with Tasmania Medicare Local and the University of Tasmania on a three-year project: Health Literacy: Strengthening self-efficacy & competency for practitioners.
