2 Red Lake Band of Chippewa 837,000 acres 2% of Diminished Reservation lands developed 10,000 Band members, 6,500 live on reservation Historically, commercial fishing and logging two biggest industries Red Lake Department of Natural Resources

3 Air Program Development Received GAP funding in late 2007 to begin program, transitioned to CAA 103 funding Began EI in early 2008 for the calendar year 2007 – First step in evaluating Red Lake’s air emissions for future management needs and baseline information – No local monitoring data Red Lake Department of Natural Resources
