Budgeting (next year’s campaign) February – Include all YOU&I proposed project expenses Documentation: Clearly label the budgeted item(s) as YOU&I items – Fit appropriately in capital budget and/or operating budget, as it relates to your project – Combination capital/operating is fine, err on side of capital budgeting

Final Orders Placed May 14 – Deadline for purchasing YOU&I items on your credit card May 31 – Deadline for filing for YOU&I reimbursement for the fiscal year – Requirement: A minimum of 80% of raised funds must be spent on an annual basis. The YOU&I campaign’s intent is not to build funds that sit untouched for years. We commit to our donors and fellow employees to spend and purchase every year. – Documentation required: paid invoices or documentation from GL accounts showing payment have been made. POs, quotes, or bids are not acceptable forms of documentation.

Your Responsibility Together – we are committed to a joint partnership founded in transparency, integrity, donor confidentiality and professionalism. Spend at least 80% of passion funds annually Submit reimbursement forms by May 31 of the fiscal year Budgeting YOU&I projects & spend accordingly each year Inability to fulfill terms, passion management falls to Chris Hammes
