Organizing 0 Make sure Victor Low works with Victor Low to achieve the organizational goal. 0 The possible hiring of that intern Victor Low, he looks like he could do some good work at Victor Co. (Recruiting and training). 0 Victor Low would work best in the IT department as he has a degree in computer science, and the other Victor Low should work in HR as he has a way with people. (Employee’s strengths and weaknesses)
