8. Costs  The project can be incremental depending on the financing plan.  $20/square foot for the structure of 120’x100’ = $240,000  $5/square foot for concrete 7” deep for hangar = $60,000  Additional ramp area. $40,000  $50,000 for soft costs  $390,000 for Total Estimated Costs
