4 COUNTY HEALTH RANKINGS: BACKGROUND ► What: State-by-state rankings of the health of each county in the United States ► Who: The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute (UWPHI). Florida release coordinated by the Florida Public Health Institute ► When: Annually – 2014 Data Released March 26th ► Where: www.countyhealthrankings.org
