2. Purpose of the day To share learning from the CHI inspections that have taken place so far in the NE To help PCOs to think about how they can prepare effectively for their own CHI inspections To consider forthcoming changes in the inspection regime

3. Key Questions What can we learn from organisations who have already gone through the process? How can we prepare effectively, bearing in mind the resource pressures in our organisations? How can we ensure that the process is a learning experience for the organisation and helps to improve health and healthcare?
