28 September 200711th UN/CEFACT FORUM - Stockholm7 Core Component Libraries 07A published Goal: Publish 07B this year GS1 submission of Product Registration TBG1/USG submission of MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) Finalized single spreadsheet format for TBG17 submission and CCL publication TBG17 and UBL agreed on the following press release: UN/CEFACT and the OASIS UBL Committee are pleased to announce that they have reached agreement on the process which will be followed for the harmonization of the Universal Business Language (UBL) Library and the UN/CEFACT Core Component Library. Work to harmonize and ‘align’ these two libraries is underway and expected to be completed in 2008. TBG17

Needs a statement/confirmation whether or not it enters in the CEFACT mission. Advice/decison is required from the Bureau. With TBG 17 Experience of submission of national eGov CC to TBG 17 Good experience recommanded to each country (volontary) Suggestion for enhancement as a TBG 19 action (under consideration)

Included customs processes reflecting WCO‘S ISCM rules Agreed with TBG17 to use and develop the hierarchy of Process Areas of the Buy-Ship-Pay model to provide BP „Context“ for core components.

Project editors: Michel Entat and Kevin Smith Other stakeholder’s groups have been invited to contribute, such as TBG 5 for payment process and TBG 19 for specific public issues. Invitations were open until mid June 2007. Contact will be maintained with TBG 14 and MRI to ensure compliance with the UMM and to assist the improvement of the production process.
