8 LIFT HELPS US TO ACHIEVE THE VISION Because it is a strategic Whole System approach that will: Build new primary care facilities – for an extended range of integrated local services Offer GPs, Dentists, Pharmacists, Social Services, Leisure, Others etc, flexible lease arrangements Improve our patients experience Facilitate change in areas of greatest need
