3 Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) requires reasonable adjustments Changes to the way we structure or do things that are reasonable in order to remove a barrier to the inclusion of a disabled person Equal opportunities is about removing barriers to the inclusion of people who are different from the norm Equality and Diversity Defining Disability (and other discrimination)
