3 Learning Targets I can identify the effective teaching practices found in the 21 st Century classroom. I can locate and record evidence consistently for an observation using the North Carolina Teaching Standards. I can come to a consensus with my colleagues on observation evidences and the rationale I used to assign a score to assure Rater-to-Rater Reliability.
