Challenges NeedsSolution “If we don’t know what is happening with health services and HIV/AIDS treatment, it is impossible to determine what problems we’re facing.” “If we can’t determine what the problems are, we cannot react with precise action to resolve them.” “If we can’t determine what the problems are, we cannot react with precise action to resolve them.” For effective distribution of treatment and quality care for PLWHA, Rwanda needs: Precise and timely information on patients and programs. Possibility and flexibility of integration of the tool with TRACnet system. The interface is laid out in a coherent, simple and attractive way. The system allows users to enter detailed patient data, has several sorting/data organization functions. The interface is laid out in a coherent, simple and attractive way.
