Department achieved Bronze award in October 2011 IiP will be assessing achievement against the standard in November 2014 – we are not just aiming to maintain Bronze but to achieve Silver 39 evidence requirements to achieve the standard An additional 26 evidence requirements to achieve Bronze An additional 76 evidence requirements to achieve Silver

IiP Assessor selects team members to hold 1:1 discussions with (this will be a random selection of top managers, managers and staff) Discussions are in relation to aspects of the IiP framework IiP Assessor will be interested in any documentation used to help manage, communicate and develop the team (e.g. business plan, strategy, training matrix, appraisals) Evaluation of comments received against each evidence requirement

Focus on areas for development- building on what we are doing now Volunteers- who wants to be involved? Prioritise areas for development- pulling together ideas of what we need to be doing Creating Task & Finish groups
