7.  IiP Assessor selects team members to hold 1:1 discussions with (this will be a random selection of top managers, managers and staff)  Discussions are in relation to aspects of the IiP framework  IiP Assessor will be interested in any documentation used to help manage, communicate and develop the team (e.g. business plan, strategy, training matrix, appraisals)  Evaluation of comments received against each evidence requirement

8.  Focus on areas for development- building on what we are doing now  Volunteers- who wants to be involved?  Prioritise areas for development- pulling together ideas of what we need to be doing  Creating Task & Finish groups
