Practice Positivity 1.Purity is the light in the tunnel of new life Each contraction means bringing Bruno closer to my arms. I want to maximize the purpose of each contraction. 2. Acceptance. I accept my circumstances. I made the right choices and I am in control of everything in this moment.

Awareness of the Body – Asanas Breath – Link between the Body and the Mind

It is the start of labor. It is important for me to begin practie of concentration and meditation by using my asanas and breating techniques The pain may seem difficult but it is only the beginning and I am increasing my pain treshold I have told Bruno my birth intentions and we are committed to working together Early Labor

12 poses as a flow between contractions Deep Ocean Breating and Silent Om Exhalation – inhale deeply through the nose and exhale through the nose. I start labor from a calm state and help my body relax.

I need to stay in control of my labor My asanas help me use gravity to stimulate my baby moving into pelvic station +1 While I am in three-part breathing, I visualize Bruno moving down the birth canal and dilatation moving past 4 cm My intention is my reminder and my promise to myslef to keep my labor a wonderful experience Active Labor

One at a time for several contractions Elevator - three-part breeting with long Om sound I have power and strenght

The pain is constant and requires my discipline Fire breathing will get me through the intensity and I will be able to remain calm I am in my yogini rythm and recognize my inner strenght Fire breathing gives my energy. My pain converts to energy Bruno needs me to work with him here as he is making his final descent. Transition

Asanas will get me through the feeling of pushing Fire Breathing – Inhale deeply through the nose and exhale four/five times with force through the mouth Fire breathing will rejuvenate me

I am mindful of the breathing I am in my yogini rythm and recognize my inner strenght Bruno needs me ot work with him as he makes the final descent Each breath is pushing Bruno down the birting canal Delivery

Exhale down towards Bruno’s feet Easy Comfortable Brithing – 1. Long breath in through the nose, hold, bear down, push 2. Quick breath in through the nose, hold, bear down, push 3. Quick breath in through the nose, hold, bear down, push 4. Quick breath in through the nose, hold, bear down, push 5. Lond exhale and relax until the next contraction Bruno is born!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
