What is Gradekeeper? Gradekeeper is not connected to the District wide Database. You have to print off reports and turn them into your principal. The print off can be used as the official copy of your grades. Gradekeeper works both on PC’s and Mac’s.

Reports There are 5 different types of reports that Gradekeeper can generate. Student Scores: shows an individual student progress report Class Grades: shows a class list and the student average for the term (six weeks grading period) selected Multiple Class Reports: The multiple class report is a single report showing grades and attendance for several classes
35
Creating Multiple Class Reports All students MUST be written the same way in each class. For example, if a student’s name is Bob, one teacher can’t call him Bob and the other Bobby, all must be written the same. Teachers must decide which students to be responsible for (the easiest way to do this is by homeroom) So, if the homeroom teacher teaches SS, Science, and Math, then the Reading, LA, and Writing teacher needs to email the homeroom teacher her homeroom student’s grades and vise versa. After the grades have been emailed, make sure you put all subject areas in the same folder. Then, you can run a multiple class report: Choose Multiple Class Report from the Reports Menu When the file selection dialog appears, select the first class to include, then hold down the SHIFT key and select other classes to include. This will give you one piece of paper for each student with all subject grades on it.
