HOME ACCESS GRADES ONLINE NISD provides grades online through the Home Access Center (HAC). Paper copies of progress reports and report cards can be provided for students in grades 1 – 5 upon request. Kinder students will receive a paper copy due to the format. If you need your password and user ID, please contact our front office at www.beckelem@nisdtx.org.

HELPFUL INFORMATION Birthdays- Individual servings of store bought birthday treats and napkins to be left at the front office. Please have items individually prepared. ABSENCES AND MAKE-UP WORK Absences Notify office via e-mail beckelem@nisdtx.orgbeckelem@nisdtx.org Make-Up Work May be requested after two or more days of absences. Request before 9:00 am on the 2nd day. Available at front office at 3:20 on the 2 nd day.

BEHAVIOR/POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT Your child's planner is where you will find notes about their behavior in class. Please check it daily. Classroom Money System Students are rewarded with money for good behavior. This can be turned in to go to the treasure box.

PLANNERS/HOMEWORK Parent/Teacher Communication Planners checked and signed daily The purpose of homework is to reinforce concepts that have already been taught in class. Homework should not be difficult for students because it is just practice. Nightly Reading Math homework packet is due on Friday. Language Arts homework due the next day unless otherwise noted.

CONFERENCES I will schedule a parent/teacher conference with all of parents in October. I will contact you to set up a conference. If you would ever like to meet with me just let me know and I are happy to meet with you.
