11. HB1615/SB5545 This bill removes the penalty for those in Plans 2 and 3 if they sub prior to age 65. With the current statewide sub shortage, we want to be able to allow all who would like to sub, to do so. (For those who aren't aware of this, if you retire before age 65, and take full retirement in Plans 2 and 3, you lose your pension for the month if you sub). Substitutes
