2 Social dialogue at local place of work (orchestras, theatres, etc.) Aim: labour peace Partners: employers’ and union/s representative/s Instruments and skills: legal background, ( Act on Live Performing Arts!!! )collective agreements, regular negotiations

3 Social dialogue on regional and national levels Regional triangle: local governments, employers, workers’ represenatives ( who is who?) National organisations: employers organisations (i.e. Association of Hungarian Orchestras, Hungarian Theatre Society, Dancers Society, ) Workers:Confederation of Hungarian Arts Unions

4 Social dialogue on National Level National Performing Arts Committee, ( Music,-Theatre,-Dance Committees) Aim: regular social dialogue on a national level, sharing public money as grant, solving problems on a national level Advantage: influence legislation, solving problems, sharing experiences
