PAARLPAARL History Organized as a result of the PAASCU Conference in September 1972 Constituted in January 1973 with Ms. Marina G. Dayrit (UP) as founding President Initial project was the integration of indexing activities of participating libraries, leading to the publication of the Index to Philippine Periodicals in January 1974
