Parent/GuardianEmergency contact/phone# School Description: All age and ability levels will learn the Olympic styles of Freestyle and Greco-Roman until April 26 th. The skills learned from competing in these styles have been proven to improve overall wrestling success. Ringers will gain knowledge in position and pressure that will lead to successful attacks and defense, but most importantly the ability to compete. This will be achieved through Ringers disciplined training environment, structured technique drilling and intense live wrestling. From May 1 st to June 12 th the Spring Training School will be split into two groups. Those training for Freestyle and Greco-Roman meets will join the Olympic Training Group (OTG). Those training for Folkstyle meets will join the National Training Group (NTG). Full Session fee includes practice until June 12 th and t-shirt. Per practice rate is $12, t-shirts can be ordered on registration form. All members need a current USA Wrestling Card.
