Lee McDavid, a maintenance employee at Kingsport City Schools who specializes in sports field management at D-B, was named a 2015 Tennessee Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (TIAAA) Award Recipient at the 2015 Tennessee State Athletic Directors Conference in Murfreesboro, TN.

Dobyns-Bennett Volleyball Team is looking for 2 female managers to work the 2015 season. If you are interested in this position please see Coach Baker for information.

Please return all library materials not needed for class by May 8 th. Summer checkouts will begin on May 15.

Students will be expected to ride their block bus home on Monday, May 18 th ; Tuesday, May 19 th & Wednesday, May 20 th. There will be no singleton buses on exam days!

Cancer Outreach Foundation 2015 Phyllis Hope Miller Scholarship Awarded to student with a parent/guardian, sibling, or the student has/had been diagnosed with cancer. Summer Camps Deadline: May 30th Camps are held on Milligan College Campus. Students are taught by Milligan faculty, coaches and alumni Summer Camps are available to students ages 14-18 in Music, Digital Media, Theatre, Basketball, Cheer, Swim, Tennis, and Youth in Ministry. MTSU Mechatronics Engineering Scholarship Award: $10,000 per year for 3 years and enhanced activities such as a trip to Berlin, Germany For: New freshman Mechatronics Engineering majors at MTSU, US Citizenship, full-time student, high school GPA 3.0 or better, ACT Math subscore 24 or better, demonstrate financial aid, willingness to participate in the MT cohort program. D-B’S TARDY / ABSENCE POLICY REMINDER Please remember that participation in prom and graduation ceremony are tied directly to attendance. Students who accrue instances of tardiness or absenteeism greater than 10% of the time in any one class will be ineligible for these activities.
