What does it eat ? The Frowl eats a variety of insects, mice, and lizards.

What role does your animal play in its food chain/food web? My animal is the secondary consumer. It eats insects mice and lizards while, it gets eaten by alligators.

How will your animal get food? My animal can fly, so it has the ability to swoop down and catch prey. It also has an extendable tongue like the frog to catch insects.

How will your animal get water? My animal lives in a very wet environment so water isn’t really a serious problem, but if it needs water it can absorb the water through its skin.

How will your animal keep warm/cool? My animal has owl wings that it can wrap around its self to keep warm, and to keep cool its feathers get lighter, and it produces mucus through its frog skin.

Where will your animal shelter? My animal finds shelter in the leaves and branches of trees.

How will it protect/defend itself My animal has a sharp beak and its feathers are uncomfortable in its predators mouth, it also has a sleep serum which is very effective.

What is your animals’ size? My animal is 24 inches tall and 14 inches wide

How will it care for its young? My animal will care for its young until they learn to fly and hunt for itself then it leads it away and abandons it.

What biotic factors does your planet have? Frogs, Lizards, Alligators, Snakes, Trees, and Spiny Plants are all examples of organisms living on my planet

What behavioral adaptations does your animal have? The Frowl’s behavioral adaptations are….. Being Nocturnal Hiding under its’ wings

What physiological adaptations does your animal have? The Frowl has 2 physiological adaptations….. 1)Loud noises to warn predators 2)A sleep serum produced in its wings that cause the predators to fall asleep when it comes in contact with saliva (NOTE: the Peculiaris alligator or spraligator is immune to this serum)
