4. About Acti-Vie Program is based on real-life experiences. Based on the multidimensional approach. Students work towards experiential goals. Students produce written and oral texts in a variety of forms. Also integrates the General language acquisition by focusing on strategies to “learn how to learn”. Canadian Program

5. Program Goals 1. To help teachers teach French using the communicative/experiential approach by providing tools to help students develop their additional language skills. 2. To educate the students by building knowledge in several dimensions of experience, peaking the interest of students through meaningful learning, having students reflect on their learning, linking to other curricular subjects, and working towards that final goal/project.

Use survival expressions for the classroom (questions, clarifications, etc.) Understand and follow directions. Conduct a survey. Identify objects and locations in the school and classroom. Participate in oral activities. Listen to and sing a song about school.
