3.  If the numbers are all integers (numbers without decimals), we just place them in order.  However, most likely the numbers we will have to place in order will be either decimals, fractions, or a combination of both.  Therefore, we will look into all three scenarios.

8.  Step 1: Change the fractions to decimals  Step 2: Follow the rules to decimals
