3. On 20°November 1989,the General Meeting of the United Nations adopted the Convention on the Rights of the Child. The text of the Convention includes, more than any other document, the entire spectrum of people’s rights – civil, political, economic,social şi cultural and stipulates a complete development of every child in an atmosphere based on freedom,dignity and justice. In Romania the public authorities, the institutions which are responsible for the child’s protection have to respect and guarantee the child’s rights included in the Constitution and law,according to the United Nation’s stipulations,ratified by Law No.18/1990 and by the other international documents on this subject, Romania being part of it..

28. to special care, according to their special needs…

29. to be the best in everything they do.

30. to have a home and healthy food…

31. not to waste the food.

32. to relax, to play and have different free time activities...

33. not to spend their free time doing bad things.

34. to make mistakes…

35. to learn from their own mistakes.
