You can configure which fields default and which can be edited. Per regulations, a hyperlink to the I-9 instructions is provided.

11 COPYRIGHT © 2008 GIDEON TAYLOR CONSULTING. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED New Employee Electronic Signature – The new employee then clicks the signature button and is presented with the Electronic Signature page. They type in their Userid and Password and click Sign.

If no preparer or translator was involved, the system goes straight to Section 2. In this demonstration, the Preparer section will be completed.
