6. Payment Deadlines November 20, 2014 Deposit of $195.00 & Trip Contract Due and all outstanding activity and uniform fees also due December 15, 2014 - $195.00 January 15, 2015 - $195.00 February 13, 2015 - $195.00 The signed trip contract agreement along with your $195.00 deposit is due NO LATER THAN November 20, 2014

8.  Marching Season  Freshman Camp & Social  Sat, April 18 th, 8am-Noon  Marching Audition Camp  Mon-Fri, Apr 20-24 th after school  Marching Audition/Registation  Sat, April 25th  Fee Schedule  First Payment due on April 25 th @Registration  Payments will be due May, June, July, and final in August  No June Camp! When school is done, band is done!  Summer Band will begin July 29 th, 2015

9.  The Band Booster Club is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to help promote a better band, school and community spirit by volunteering our time and skills as well as provide financial support to full-fill the goals and objectives set forth by the Band Directors.  Without all these components our student experience is negatively impacted.

12.  Individual Fundraisers are a form of Financial Aide provided to assist in payment of Fees and Spring trip.  Fall Individual Fundraising Update  Pizza’s  GrapeFest  Cookies  Pies  Candles  Spring Individual Fundraising  Main Street Days (May 15-17)  More to come
