At TAMU, we are focused on improving the success and retention of minority STEM majors and developing students for professional excellence. 13. A Walk for Education Saturday, October 10, 2015 10:00am-2:00pm Lincoln Center

14. What is A Walk for Education? A Walk for Education (AWFE) is a NSBE signature event to increase the awareness of opportunities in college in the Black community, specifically STEM. Volunteers will walk through neighborhoods to pass out information about Texas A&M and the School of Engineering admissions, SAT/ACT, and financial aid.
