14 CONCLUSIONS Power monitoring and management can and will facilitate energy savings in modern ICT systems. Power models are less accurate as software & hardware becomes more sophisticated. It is left as future work to intervene to the hardware and remotely deactivate/activate devices which may be underutilized/needed.
