6. PSA Dept. Manager and Front End ASM are typically the only associates with access to Spend Management. Log in to Spend Management

7. Click “eProcurement”

8. Click “Create Requisition”

9. On “Catalog” Tab, Type 91008 or 91007 in Search Window

10. 91008 = Levolor Blue Tape 91007 = Levolor Pre-Cut Labels

11. Click “Add” to place product in Cart

12. Requires Approval from Management Click “Save & Submit” to order
