24 Position Description: Help Desk Coordinator Position Overview: The position overview will vary depending on the EDS account. A Help Desk Coordinator will provide Level 1 help desk support to troubleshoot and provide technical resolutions for PC hardware, software and operating systems, including most Windows environments. Troubleshoot connectivity and security issues.
