9VIPR Overview – June 2008 VIPR 1.0 Go / No Go September CriteriaGoAnd… 1. Interagency FS met with DOI, FS will now proceed. 2. FS Leadership VIPR Core Team will continue to work with FS upper management, including the VIPR and IBS RIMS. 3. Funding Development of VIPR 1.0 is secured. VIPR may not have committed 2009 funding. 4. OMB-300 VIPR is no longer classified as a Major and is no longer required to submit to this requirement. 5. SecureCAP / C&A C&A office has not responded on the timeline as required. Mitigation plan is in place and a detailed project plan will be developed and managed very strictly through Sept/Oct/Nov. Continued risks could affect the Authority to Operate certificate needed by November 28. 6. AHE / Production Environment Timeline for initial AHE submission has slipped 2 weeks due to a system request in order to integrate with Formatta. The VIPR 1.0 plan for Nov 28 has been updated and the target date is still in reach. 7. Paperwork Reduction Act Resolved. 8. Level 2 eAuthentication eAuth Help Desk will be on board September 18, a slight slip. Roll out plan has been updated and continues on track. 9. IBS Help Desk Readiness An IBS Help Desk will be in place. 10. System Development Sprint 7 results completed as planned. Project plan has been re-prioritized to meet business needs and IT capabilities. Release of VIPR 1.0 is on track. 11. Data Migration Data Migration schedule is in place and in progress. 12. Training and Deployment Plans Phased training and deployment plans are in place. 13. This criteria will be developed in September and evaluated beginning in October. Go / No Go Decision We have a GO decision.
