Corrective Action Plans Institutions will be asked to complete this plan if: Data exceptions are noted in the review process Plan will report: Explanation of why data exception occurred Action to address this concern Person responsible for corrective action

Fiscal Review Desk Review Request documentation of expenditures Reconcile expenditures in each goal category Standardized form! Campus Visit (if necessary)

Corrective Action Plans Institutions will be asked to complete this plan if: 10% or more of Perkins Program Improvement funds are returned or not drawn down in a fiscal year Perkins Program Improvement funds are returned in 2 consecutive years, regardless of the amount
