RFP Status Awarded contract to Column Technologies on June 27, 2013. Column Technologies is a BMC partner. The Service Desk tool for Kansas will be BMC RemedyForce.

Next Steps – OITS Rollout OITS’ Central Office will be the first group to roll out the Service Desk Tool. Working to complete Column’s pre- project templates and workbooks. Working on obtaining approval for Detailed project plan from KITO. Mid-August project execution. Completed by early October.

Next Steps – Agency Rollout Communication will be coming out to agencies ASAP. Looking for agencies to volunteer be a part of the first rollout. Planning to leverage Column Technologies for the first few rollouts, then OITS Staff will lead the final rollouts.
