7.  30 Hours total in grade 11 and/or 12  Must be signed off by a work supervisor  Use Employability Skills to complete section on skills you learned  Identify a skill and explain how this was specific to volunteer/work experience  Have a skill from each of the three sections VOLUNTEER/WORK EXPERIENCE

8.  Focuses on Goals, Post Secondary education and financing  Lots of ideas and links on the website to help you.  3 short and 3 long term goals  Why and how you want to achieve them  Plans for post secondary education  How will you pay for it?  Have signed by parent GRAD TRANSITION PLAN
