4 Identify a core set of sustainable member services and deliver these effectively, efficiently and consistently over time. – A high quality annual conference. – Special topic conferences when need and interest are sufficient to invest resources. – CRA Councils. – Member Communications (high quality website and newsletter.

9 2 proposed changes to existing by-laws. – A revision to the goals and mission section to purge outdated text. – Board terms changed to 3 years with five members being elected each year. Board members can serve only 2 consecutive elected terms. Each change will be explained at Friday’s business meeting Registration desk can print you a copy

19 By-laws require: Member in good standing. In addition the candidate needs to be available to attend the Board Retreat June 9- 11, 2013 and must be able to travel and attend Board Meetings which usually occur the third Thursday of each even month.
