8. Lessons learned Generic - Advanced notification - Too many modules/too integrated - too generic! Bespoke- Finding the right person is hard - Getting the right people to attend vital - Follow up needed Networks - great opportunities for new audience - Can focus on current topics - Must know membership in advance Guidance notes - Were invaluable Conference - Overall success – needs a better theme
