Purpose To increase your knowledge and resources available to deliver instruction that focuses on what adult learners need to know and be able to do 2

Objective Identify tools, techniques, and resources to implement the GPS for Success in your programs and classrooms. 3

Guidelines Begin and end on time. Use the “parking lot” when necessary. Respect each other’s “air time.” Do not engage in side conversations. Turn off cell phone and Blackberry ringers. 4
