Would we be able to load corporate logos on page for companies that have paid for job site subscriptions? –Yes, any employer who posts jobs will be able to load corporate logos. In addition, registered employer who do not have any current jobs posted can purchase the ability to become a "featured employer" that would provide the ability to show corporate logo on the page. Would we be able to filter locations (by East Region city) or see all? –The default view would be all cities, but the user can use the search function to search jobs by city, state, zip and other criteria. Can postings be directed to corporate partner, but notification given to chapter when posting has been done? (so chapters can track how many people are applying for positions) –Site administrators will receive notification when a job is posted. The site can be configured to require administrators to approve any job before it is posted. Site administrators can also receive notification when jobseekers or employers register, and when a job application is submitted. FAQ

Are we able to get job posting site statistics - how many people go to the site, what are they clicking on, what region are they from, what field are they most interested in, how many postings are in the system by region, corporate partner, etc. - quarterly report provided to all chapters? –The statistics available are listed above. All others stats can be derived from various searches, but would be labor intensive and would require a dedicated resource to produce periodically. Would we have the ability for link or logo to be universally utilized on all chapter websites (has the same look/feel) but when clicked on - takes everyone to the same job posting site. Would we be able to load corporate logos on page for companies that have paid for job site subscriptions? –We can create a logo and create a hyperlink to link to the site. Is there a section on the site in which applicants can go to local chapter websites? –Yes. There is a resource tab on the home where links to Chapter job sites can be listed. What will be the training process? –The vendor has resources available to walk users through the basic site features.ite subscriptions? How are jobs posted? Does the corporate partner do it or a local chapter representative? –Jobs can be posted by the site administrator(s)(each Chapter would have one) or the corporate partner. Who ensure job posting site remains up to date and that expired postings are removed, etc.? –Expired jobs are automatically removed from the site homepage, but they are still accessible in the system if the company wants to purchase an extension of a recently expired job.
