Forced Signature Clipping On save from either the VRC Review or ABS Review queues, a check shall be performed to insure that a signature is clipped, for records which have an image and are linked to a registered voter. Exceptions: This check shall not be performed, and the user shall be allowed to save the record without a signature, for the following types of records: Records which are an Absentee Relative Request. (Relative Request is identified with a checkbox on the Absentee Request Detail screen) Records with a Registration Source = 00 NO APPLICATION SOURCE

Don’t Populate Undesignated System will not auto-populate UNDESIGNATED for GENDER, RACE and ETHNICITY when saving out of Date Entry or Incomplete Queue. Applies to voters with no existing record.

Option to Rotate an Image This enhancement affects all VRC (VRC Data Entry, Review Cards, Incomplete Cards, and Archived Cards) and ABS (ABS Data Entry, Review Absentees, Incomplete Absentees, and Archived Absentees) screens, in VoterScan. Functionality

Rotate Image The system shall provide functionality to rotate an image 90degrees at a time. Note: This functionality is already implemented in VoterView. A button shall be added which shall allow the user to rotate the image, 90 degrees per click. The image shall NOT be saved in its rotated state. Three other buttons have to be altered on the VoterScan Data Entry screen to accommodate this new button. New icons for Print, Zoom in, Zoom out, and Rotate shall be used to allow the following display:

Exclude UOCAVA Voters for ID Letters Military and overseas voters cannot be asked to show ID. If existing voter (registered as a regular civilian voter) and their voter record is flagged because they have not yet provided accepted ID, they will not receive an ID letter.

Provisional Search Grid Add Functionality to Rearrange Columns. Functionality shall be added to the Provisional Voters List results grid, so that the user is able to rearrange the columns. The columns shall only stay in the given order for the time period the screen is open. If it is closed and re-opened, the column order shall display the default order. Functionality:

Cancellation Reports New intranet reports: county cancellations & state cancellations In lieu of sending cancellation notices to other counties or other states, each county will be able to run a report for your individual county. When these reports go into production, counties should discontinue sending cancellation letters to other counties and states. The state will handle the state cancellation notifications.

Display SSN on DHHS Reports The DHHS report will have a new column – the last four digits of the deceased individual’s SSN. Will assist counties with list maintenance efforts.

DHHS SEARCH Search by County Add the ability to search by County. This is the county of residence. “All” counties shall be an option. This shall be a required selection. At least ‘All” must be selected. Search by Last Name Last Name shall still be a search field. If the wildcard search is not applied, it shall be applied. Search by First Name Add the ability to search by First Name. This shall be an optional search field. Wildcard search shall apply. Search by Date of Birth Date of Birth shall no longer be required. This shall be an optional search field. The ability to search by a date range shall be an option. If the user wants to search for a specific Date of Birth, they will need to put the same Date of Birth in each date field. Search by Date of Death Add the ability to search by the Date of Death. This shall be an optional search field. The ability to search by a date range shall be an option. HIDE OLDER EDMV FORMS In VoterScan under Document type you can hide older versions of the EDMV forms by going into VoterView, Admin/Lookup Table Mgmt/Scanned Documents scroll over to the very last column and make any older documents you don’t want to see on a regular basis you can make them inactive.

CLEANUP OLD ELECTIONS There is a way to cleanup old elections so they will no longer appear in the dropdown. They will be in history, so you can search on them, but you don’t need to make them visible. Contact the HelpDesk for instructions.
