Guarantees that all employee relation responsibilities are followed Profitability Maximizes profitability through commerciality focus in cooperation with DC management, area team and country management. Supervises plans, budgets and cost follow up. Sustainability Run our logistic chain better than industry average on the Co2 emission figures. Guarantees that safety, security and administration routines are followed. The main task is to maximizing profitability, accuracy, quality, efficiency and sustainability in the 3PL DC.

For internal use only Updated 2010-05-17 2 Selling Profitability H&M Manager/Logistics profile, Responsibilities To be used when recruiting and preparing for the dialogue and feedback Sustainability Employees Maximizes profitability through commerciality focus e.g Ensure H&M staff function planning combined with skilled management Set and follow up goals & KPI’s in cooperation with the H&M management team/3PL management Guarantee best practice implementation/IT systems Aim Accuracy working routines at all levels due to the inventory result Set and follow up Budgets & Plans on daily, weekly, monthly quarter and yearly level, Ensure reports to Local, Global on weekly base Run our logistic chain better than industry average e.g Guarantees that the DC are maintained to meet H&M standards Focus on business goals and be updated in local regulations Ensure correct reporting in Co2 figures and constantly improvement Manages and executes recruiting, training, developing and succession planning e.g Work well in a team and actively support H&M managers and staff Guarantee qualified HR processes at the DC for H&M team Establish HR plan and act on it Guarantee succession for H&M DC management team Ensure and follow legal requirements and H&M policies Ensure maximization of garment care, sales activities and efficiency e.g Ensure expected amount of garments to the stores Aspire high pick percentage to ensure that the stores get all requested garments Best garment care at all levels Ensure accurate deliveries through optimal capacity and lead time control
