Review and assess existing guidebook chapter o Step 2. Typify and define the missing technology/fuel combinations o Step 3. Literature review and compilation of factors o Step 4. Assess activity data needs and Tier 3 Approach o Step 5. Update of guidebook chapter  What key technologies/fuel combinations are currently omitted from the guidebook; and which of the existing definitions require further review?  What additional reference sources should be included?  What approaches to addressing activity data disaggregation are consultees aware of?

Task 2.2: Non-Road Mobile Machinery (NRMM)  Can consultees identify any additional data sources  Which countries compile detailed NRMM inventories?  Which countries might be able to provide data to supports EFs for Tier 0 EFs?

Task 3.4: Ammonia emissions from biogas  Any data on emissions of NH3 from biogas facilities  Comments on the proposed new inventory approach
