As 3 1/2 years = 42 months = 1260 days, see Rev. 11:2; 13:5; 11:3; 12:6 Hence, 3 1/2 units = 3 1/2 years, and 70 weeks or 70 x 7 units = 490 years  a time, times, and an half. Cf.
