4. The mission of Technical Service Providers Network is to promote the certification and professionalism of its members. Consistency and quality in technical services will be our message to agricultural producers and the public, while promoting the values of conservation planning that lower cost, improve production, incorporate precision conservation, and achieve environmental sustainability.

5. TSPN Goals Become a certifying organization and be recognized by NRCS as a certifying organization. Pursue partnerships opportunities for TSPN and TSPN members. Provide training Establish TSPN as a common resource and acknowledged organization by the National NRCS network and target state NRCS offices.
